Dutch state-owned natural gas infrastructure and transportation company
Dutch Gasunie was a full public-private company consisting of the Dutch state at an equal footing with Exxon Mobil and Shell. Since 2005, following EU unbundling regulations, this company was split into a regulated fully state-owned company Gasunie, and a non-regulated wholesale corporation GasTerra, in equal partnership between the State and the oil corporations.
