Mr. Brzezinski manages the international practice in McGuireWoods' Washington office. He focuses his practice on international transactions, trade policy, energy and public utilities, and international government relations. He utilizes his government and private sector background to benefit private clients with transactional, trade and government relations interests in Washington and abroad. Mr. Brzezinski has considerable experience with international financial institutions in Washington, including the U.S. Export-Import Bank, the Overseas Private Investment Corporation, the World Bank, the IFC, and the IMF. He aids clients in interfacing with international financial institutions. Brzezinski received a BA from Dartmouth College, a JD from the University of Virginia, and a PhD in Political Science from Oxford University. His foreign languages are Polish and French. He was awarded the Royal Order of the Polar Star by the King of Sweden and is a recipient of the Commander’s Cross of the Order of Merit of the Republic of Poland.
