Former US Representative from New Jersey (1995-2019)

US Representative for New Jersey's 2nd district for more than 20 years. Frank LoBiondo didn't seek reelection in 2018, citing his upcoming term limit in two key congressional committees as the main motivation for this decision. He hinted that being in good health and appreciated by his constituents, he would likely be re-elected if he ran. Born in Bridgeton, Cumberland County, N.J, May 12, 1946; graduated from Georgetown Preparatory School, Rockville, MD 1964; B.A., St. Joseph’s University, Philadelphia, PA., 1968; freeholder, Cumberland County, NJ., 1985-1988; member of the New Jersey state assembly, 1988-1994; elected as a Republican to the One Hundred Fourth and to all subsequent Congresses until 2019.
