In 2012, the Richard and Helen DeVos Foundation (EIN: 23-7066873) changed its name to the DeVos Urban Leadership Initiative. According to tax records, the new entity transferred $89,266,852 in assets to a new group, called the Richard and Helen DeVos Foundation (EIN: 45-6659303), that would continue its grant-making work.
