The National Security College is a joint initiative of the Australian Government and the Australian National University (ANU). The NSC provides academic programs, professional courses, research, dialogue and ideas to improve the quality of national security policy and practice. It bridges academia, government and business to develop a new generation of strategic thinkers. The National Security College, Board of Advisors includes four representatives from the Australian National University (including the Vice-Chancellor of the University) and five representatives from the Commonwealth.
