Susan Barlow

As Chief Strategy Officer, Ms. Barlow directs the business strategy and capital formation efforts for CTRI. She is a board member of CT Realty and a member of CT’s Executive and Investment Committees. Prior to becoming a partner at CT, Susan was a Managing Director and Head of Global Client Relations for RREEF, a global institutional real estate investment manager wholly owned by Deutsche Bank. Previously, Susan co-founded American Value Partners (AVP) a real estate fund-of-funds. Early in her career, she worked for Callan Associates, one of the largest independently owned investment consulting firms in the United States. Susan earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Science from Black Hills State University.
