IDELLE K. WOLF - Retired President, Barnes Distribution. Ms. Wolf has been a director of our company since October, 2005. She is a member of the Audit Committee of the Board. Ms. Wolf was president of Barnes Distribution from 2006 to October, 2007 and vice president of Barnes Group Inc. from 2000 to October, 2007. She previously was president of Barnes Distribution North America from 2004 through 2005. She joined Barnes Group Inc. as vice president and as chief operating officer of Barnes Distribution in 2000. Barnes Distribution is a leading distributor of maintenance, repair, operating and production supplies with distribution centers in North America, Europe and Asia.
