Nephi, appointed 2011. Mr. Stoddard is currently the President of CEO of Central Valley Medical Center in Nephi and is Chairman of the Rural Health Group, Chairman of the Rural Health Foundation, and President of Rural Health Management Corporation. Regent Stoddard graduated from Snow College in 1978 with an Associate of Science degree in Business Management, followed by a Bachelor of Science from Utah State University and a Master of Business Administration from Brigham Young University. Since then, he has had a desire to give back to the institution that gave him so much. In 1988, Stoddard became the Snow College Alumni President, a post he held until 1992. He served on the Snow College Board of Trustees from 1989-2001, and has been the Snow College Foundation Chairman since 2002.
