Darren Bloch

Born and raised in New York, Darren Bloch currently lives in Brooklyn with his wife and two daughters. Block brings over two decades of experience in government and civic spaces, including positions with the New York City Council, New York City Public Advocate’s Office, and the Empire State Economic Development Corporation. As Executive Vice President at Empire State Development Corporation, he oversaw the development and implementation of new economic development programs to address targeted needs in regions and communities around the State. Bloch attended Middlebury College and received his JD at New York Law School.
