Tom Rice

Tom Rice is Director of Cyber Security and Technology Planning where he has the responsibility of directing and coordinating Ameren's Cyber Security Program. He also is responsible for coordinating overall Information Technology strategy development and execution to enable IT to meet current and changing business needs.
