Mark H Stisser

Mr. Stisser joins Tur from Point Capital Partners where he was a Ma naging Director. Point Capital is a veteran-owned merchant and investment banking firm with proprietary venture and private equity funds founded by graduates of the United States Military Academy at West Point. Mr. Stisser is a strategic leader with international management, marketing and operational experience with 20 plus years in financial services and private equity. His experience includes stints in investment banking with Stephens Inc. and two large privately funded holding companies. Mark is a specialist in strategic initiatives, leveraged finance, corporate restructuring and turnarounds. His investment and operational experience includes e-commerce, healthcare, insurance, packaged goods, retail and telecommunications. Mr. Stisser was also the CEO of a turnaround company previously owned by KKR. Currently, Mr. Stisser serves as a senior advisor to Naya Ventures, an early stage PE firm with a sector focus on mobile, cloud and big data and Fusion Investment Group, a privately owned SEC-registered investment manager with an innovative alternative asset management platform. Mr. Stisser is very active in his community, helping numerous non-profits and urban youth development programs. A Chicago native, Mr. Stisser holds a BA from Wake Forest University and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
