William R Parker

In 1976, William Parker was named pres- ident of his family’s business, Parker Development Company, the developer behind Sacramento’s Greenhaven community. He continued to develop other master-planned communities, including Riverlake in Sac- ramento, The Parkway in Folsom and Serrano in El Dorado Hills. Serrano won the 1997 National Association of Home Builders’ National Community of the Year Award. Parker is involved in every aspect of the company’s operations, especially long- range planning, acquisitions, project devel- opment and project construction.
