He is the former chairman, president and chief executive officer of United Industries, which he founded in 1969. He also is president of Rex Realty, DCP Investments, Inc., Three Forks Ranch Corp., Three Forks Aviation, Inc. and Three Forks Lodge, Inc. Mr. Pratt is also a minority owner of the St. Louis Cardinals major league baseball team.
