Lisa is an investor, advisor and board member based in Princeton, NJ. Previously, Lisa was a General Partner for over a decade with Cardinal Partners, an early stage health care venture capital firm, where she focused on investments in healthcare technology and devices. Lisa worked for Procter & Gamble in various global and functional roles including Product Development, Purchasing, and Product Supply. She also worked at GE Capital and was a Managing Director at Circle of Beauty, a health and beauty joint venture start-up funded by Sears. In addition, Lisa founded her own consulting firm specializing in strategic operational development for medium-sized consumer products companies. Lisa is on the board of trustees for Cornell University, the boards of the Princeton Healthcare System Foundation and the Princeton Area Community Foundation, and she is the immediate past president of the Harvard Business School Alumni Board. She is a former founding board member of the Center for Venture Education and is on the executive committee for The Fund for Women and Girls. Lisa is a member of the Kauffman Fellows Class 4 and a member of the Committee of 200. Lisa received her B.S. in chemical engineering from Cornell University and her M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. She is a member of the 2012 Class of Henry Crown Fellows at the Aspen Institute.
