Gary C. Wendt is a Co-Founder at Deerpath Capital Management, LP. Mr. Wendt serves as the Treasurer, Member of the National Board of Governors of Boys & Girls Clubs Of America and served as its Secretary. He served as Chief Executive Officer of CNO Financial Group, Inc. (Formerly, Conseco) from June 2000 to October 2002. From 1986 to 1998, Mr. Wendt served as President, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of GE Capital Services, where he created businesses and orchestrated 300 acquisitions. He worked with GE Capital for 24 years. From 1984 to 1986, he served as President and Chief Operations Officer at GE Credit Corp. During his 15-year tenure as GE Capital's leader, Sanchez Computer Associates Inc., became General Electric's largest business activity. He was running his own asset management firm, Global Opportunity Advisors from 1999 to 2000. In 1999, Mr. Wendt founded two businesses in India including EXL. He served as Chief Executive Officer at Green Tree Servicing, LLC. Mr. Wendt is a Director at Sanchez Computer Associates, LLC since 1999. He served as a Director of CSC Covansys Corp., since September 2004. Mr. Wendt serves as Director of Brunswick Capital (Russia). Mr. Wendt served as Chairman of Green Tree Servicing, LLC. He served as Chairman of the board and Director of CNO Financial Group, Inc. since June 2000 and 2000 respectively. He served as a Member of Advisory Board of ICG Group, Inc. (Now, Actua Corporation). Mr. Wendt served as a Director of Neurologix Inc. since June 26, 2000. He served as a Director of FTI Consulting, Inc., from June 6, 2006 to June 3, 2009. Mr. Wendt served as Chairman of the United Way of Tri-State and the Stamford United Way campaigns; the Regional Plan Association and the Southwestern Area Commerce & Industry Association of Connecticut (SACIA). He served as Director of the Regional Plan Association. Mr. Wendt served as Trustee of Outward Bound USA. He holds an M.B.A from Harvard Graduate School of Business and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from University of Wisconsin-Madison.
