Randall Thomas Mays

Mr. Mays currently serves as President of Running M Capital, a private investment firm. Prior to that he was President and CFO of Clear Channel Communications. Randall has served on multiple boards including the role of Vice Chairman for Clear Channel Communications, Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings, Chairman for Digital Defense, Inc. and Chairman of Live Nation Entertainment. He has also served as Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Saint Mary's Hall and as Vice Chair at San Antonio Academy. Randall enjoys coaching his kids' sports teams, traveling with his family and fly-fishing in his spare time. Randall T. Mays was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Clear Channel in February 1997 and was appointed Secretary in April 2003. He was appointed president in February.
