Maureen Kempston Darkes

Maureen Kempston Darkes has served as a director of Brookfield since April 2008. A resident of Weston, Florida, U.S.A., Mrs. Kempston Darkes is a director of Canadian National Railway Company, Enbridge Inc. and Irving Oil Co. She also serves on the University of Toronto President’s International Alumni Council, is an Advisory Board member of Women’s College Hospital Foundation and is a director of the Bridgepoint Health Foundation. Mrs. Kempston Darkes is the retired Group Vice President and President, Latin America, Africa and Middle East, General Motors Corporation.
