Margaret ("Marnie") Seif is Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Analog Devices. Analog Devices is headquartered in Norwood, Massachusetts, and is publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange. In her position as General Counsel, Ms. Seif is responsible for all aspects of the company's legal work, including corporate and securities matters, governance matters, intellectual property management, and litigation. Prior to joining Analog Devices, Ms. Seif was Vice President and General Counsel of RSA Security, a leading provider of network security and data encryption products headquartered in Bedford, Massachusetts and publicly traded on the Nasdaq exchange. In addition to her practice, Ms. Seif has participated in many continuing education programs for PLI, MCLE and others. She has recently authored articles on the topics of management of litigation by in-house counsel, and in-house counsel's role in the management of an SEC investigation. She has also participated in efforts by the online services industry to create privacy guidelines for consumers on the Internet, and to initiate copyright reform for new media. Ms. Seif is a graduate of Brown University and the University of Michigan Law School.
