Welcome! I'm a 5th-year PhD candidate in the Management Division of Columbia Business School. I'll be joining the faculty of MIT Sloan School of Management in 2018.
My research focuses on the upsides and downsides of globalization for individuals, groups, and organizations.
Specifically, I study how organizationally important constructs — including creativity, ethics, and leadership — are influenced by phenomena that are increasingly prevalent across the globe.
I explore these questions by integrating diverse research methods (e.g., archival panels, experiments, field surveys, interviews, social networks) and statistical techniques (e.g., instrumental variable, machine learning, multilevel analysis, text analysis). |
