Led dynamic and impactful national effort to increase public and private investments in low-income children from birth through five years old. Partnered with the Obama Administration by leading the Invest in US campaign for increased public-private partnerships. Stood up a campaign war-room to support Administration and Congressional proposals to increase funding for ECE. Grew the staff and consultant team to influence dozens of members of Congress on appropriations, tax reform, Preschool Development grants and many other ECE specific policies. Worked in coalition with state and national experts, advocates and funders to build an organized ECE movement.
