Ray Palumbo has served on the Board of
Directors at Systematic Inc. since September
2016. He is the founder and senior partner
at Venturi Solutions LLC, a consultancy that
delivers winning solutions in the aerospace,
defense, and intelligence sectors.
Ray is a former Army 3-star general who
served 34 years leading conventional and
special operations forces during peacetime
and in combat.
Ray also serves as director on the boards of
CAE-Mission Solutions Inc., W.S. Darley & Company, ELTA North America Inc., and Actifio Federal, Inc. He also advises a range of leading aerospace and defense companies whose products and services contribute to US national security and the well-being of our men and women in uniform.
As Chairman of the Board for the non-profit Quality of Life - Plus (QL+) and an
Ambassador for the Boulder Crest
Foundation, Ray's philanthropic passion is committed to improving the well-being of our nation's military veterans, first responders, and their families.
