As Senior Vice President of Development and Community Affairs at Tonio Burgos and Associates, Inc. (TB&A), Francisco Diaz Jr. exercises his extensive knowledge of the New York State Legislature, urban planning, economic development, land use development and environmental energy conservation issues to guide the firm’s clients in these areas.
A former member of the New York State Legislature representing the 68th Assembly District in the Bronx, Frank was responsible for securing funding for community groups centered on children and the elderly. As a member of the Assembly Committee on Children and Families, he introduced and successfully guided legislation that expanded health care facilities and funding to community-based housing organizations. The General Assembly’s Black and Puerto Rican Caucus honored Frank by selecting him as a Caucus Vice President.
