Mr. Collins has been Chief Executive Officer of Oceaneering since May 2006 and President of Oceaneering since 1998. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer of Oceaneering from 1998 until 2006. He also served as Executive Vice President - Oilfield Marine Services of Oceaneering from 1995 to 1998 and as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Oceaneering from 1993 until 1995. Mr. Collins has been a director of Oceaneering since 2002.
