Booz Allen Hamilton Senior Vice President David Rubin is responsible for mission analytics and intelligence and operations analysis for public sector, commercial, and international clients. Mr. Rubin helps lead Booz Allen’s business across the Department of Homeland Security. Additionally, he leads the firm’s intelligence analysis business focused on the Department of Treasury, the Central Intelligence Agency, and the Director of National Intelligence. He is recognized for leading Booz Allen capabilities focused on: Iran—Persia House Financial intelligence—Money House Social media analytical services Infrastructure resiliency and survivability analysis Prior to joining the firm, he was an intelligence officer at the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), where he focused on economies of selected East Asian and European countries. Mr. Rubin also worked as a political analyst responsible for tracking the worldwide influence of activities by the former Soviet Union. He was an expert in international labor affairs, which he monitored. He also served as a research associate at the Royal Institute of International Affairs in London, England. Mr. Rubin co-authored an article titled “Transforming Intelligence Using Industry Best Practices - The Terrorism Value Chain,” which was a finalist for “best paper” at The 2005 International Intelligence Analysis Conference. He is the past president and board member of the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy’s Washington Alumni Association. Mr. Rubin has a B.A. degree in history from Brandeis University. He also did graduate work in international relations at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy.
