Sean Taylor, a Government Relations Advisor with The Furman Group, focuses on representing municipalities and local governments on water infrastructure, public lands issues, and a variety of appropriations matters for the firm's clients. Mr. Taylor joined The Furman Group after serving as a Natural Resources Policy Analyst to Governor Jeb Bush of Florida. As Governor Bush's lead staffer in Washington, Mr. Taylor has gained extensive experience developing regional and national coalitions to help mold national energy legislation, ocean's policy, and expand aquatic ecosystem restoration, and land & water conservation programs. Prior to joining in Gov. Bush's office, Mr. Taylor spent 3 years in the United States Senate working for Senator Connie Mack of Florida and Senator Judd Gregg of New Hampshire. He is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University with a degree in Political Science.
