William Warne has resolved, arbitrated and tried numerous litigation matters in state and federal courts involving real estate, intellectual property, class actions, wildfires, partnership disputes and health care. He and his team recently defended Sierra Pacific Industries in the Moonlight Fire action. He was also the lead trial attorney for Park Cattle Company; the plaintiff agreed to pay Warne’s client $165 million, one of the largest civil settlements in Ne- vada’s history.
