Mr. Stoker has been an attorney at law focusing on labor and agricultural issues for over 30 years. Mr. Stoker has served in many positions in State and local government. From 2000 to 2002, Mr. Stoker served as California Deputy Secretary of State. From 1995 to 2000, he served as Chairman of the California Agricultural Labor Relations Board. Mr. Stoker also served as a member of the Santa Barbara County Board of Supervisors from 1986 to 1994.
