The AFP was transferred to the Attorney-General’s Portfolio on 1 July 2022, under the Administrative Arrangement Order made on 23 June 2022. The Portfolio Budget Statements (PBS) and the Portfolio Additional Estimates Statements (PAES) can now be found on the Attorney General’s Department website, from 2022-23 PBS (October Budget) onwards.

The AFP was transferred to the Home Affairs Portfolio on 20 December 2017, under the Administrative Arrangement Order of establishing the Home Affairs Portfolio. The 2017-18 PAES through to 2022-23 (March 2022 Budget) PBS can be found on the Home Affairs Department website. |
